Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Bronies go nuts, and Nintendo Sucks?Equestria Girls
The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

UPDATE

Thank you to everyone who joined the livestream! I think there was around.... 120 of you on average, and you were all fabulous fun. It ended by shitty day on a high note, that's for sure!
We might do another one this weekend, which'll work out nicer for those of you who were at school and whatnot for the one last night.

Didn't know the link to the stream? Well, that's all the more reason to follow me on tumblr or twitter, as that's where I post the links up!

But yes. Keep an eye on those two, as we might be doing another one this weekend. We shall see...

I've had a shite day (as anyone who watches my tumblr will no doubt have seen).

So, I'm gonna livestream tonight to cheer myself up and stuff. No idea what I'll chat about, but whatever ^_^

I'll be doing it around 9pm GMT (I may start earlier, but I'll be on for a fair few hours, regardless). For you USA-dwelling folk, I believe this equates to:

3pm Central Time
4pm Eastern Time
1pm Pacific Time

For elsewhere in the world... figure it out, because I'm lazy XD My timezone is currently GMT +1
