It honestly depends on what works for you guys, but here are a few things you'll definently want to consider.
On friday, there is the Masquerade in the afternoon/night, so if you were to do it then, I'd say do it about midday.
If you do it saturday or sunday, do it in the early afternoon, because the Anime Human Chess Match takes up pretty much the whole morning, but nighttime is always full too.

I can't go... My mom already promised to take me to MTAC, and I can't ask her to take me to a con that's all the way in Florida. There's just not enough money... But I hope you have fun! ^-^
(I would walk there if I could... It's just a matter of paying for the con. I live about 12 hours {of driving time} away from there... )
