-------Why do people assume...-------

That because I'm quitting cosplaying Axel, that now means I hate Kingdom Hearts?

Come on. Get a grip. You aren't psychic, so don't assume you know what I love and what I hate, unless I explicitly say it.

I'm out of the fandom, yes. Guess what? I'm also not a fan of Fireman Sam anymore, but that doesn't mean I hate it. Why, if I'm not taking active interest in a series, does that suddenly mean people are jumping to the conclusion that I want the series and all that which is affiliated with it to burn?

Think about it .... It'd be illogical for me to hate a fandom that:

- Made me so well-known
- Bought together me and my closest friends
- Helped me meet the woman I want to spend the rest of my life with, and am now going to move in with.
- Is the reason I have got to travel to the States and Canada
- Has bought me so much fun and joy
- Inducted me into cosplay, a hobby which I now love.

I'm leaving KH behind, yes... but all these things are coming forward with me, because of it.

I'm selling all my KH cosplay stuff, yes. Why? Because I'm never going to wear it again, and it is all going towards something much, much more important to me: My new home with Jenn.

I personally think that the Kingdom Hearts franchise has run it's course. After KH2, none of the games really captured my interest in the same way. But hey, that's how the world works. You like some stuff, you don't like others. Whether I still love KH or not has no bearing on whether or not people will continue to love the fandom in all their past, present and future ventures.

It's just not for me.

That is all. But thank you, once again, to the huge number of you who have supported and understood where myself and the others are coming from when we said we were quitting KH cosplay. You guys are yet another of the great things this fandom has introduced us to, and just because we're leaving KH behind, it's a pleasure to know that we won't be leaving you guys behind with it, or vice versa
