-------Expo, and MCM Ball-------
Myself and Jenn (along with our usual motley crew XD ) will be at the MCM Expo next month, as you may already know. For those of you looking out for us, I believe our cosplays will be as follows:

Saturday Morning: Final Fantasy VII
Saturday Afternoon: Legend of Zelda

Sunday Morning: Naruto
Sunday Afternoon: Halloween Town KH (if I can get Axel done in time... otherwise, I might cosplay KH2 standard Sora or something)

We will also be at the MCM Ball on Saturday night. If you haven't already bought your tickets, then TOO LATE! They sold out ridiculously fast, but we managed to get them (along with Saix, Larxene, Superior and Jake2.0 aka Kakashi). Jenn and I will be going as alternative versions of Link and Dark Link, so if you are going to the ball, keep an eye out for us!

If anyone has any spare ball tickets, please let me know! A good friend of mine is really eager to go but cannot get hold of one. Thank you!

-------Xmas Picnic!-------

Going on the results of the poll, the details for the Xmas Picnic are as follows:

2008 Xmas Picnic
Date: 20th December
Time: Meet between 11am and 12noon
Where: Start at Hyde Park. Will go to various locations throughout the day.
Theme: Xmas!

The plan I propose is: We all meet at the usual spot of Hyde Park, around the bench near the entrance. At noon, more furthur into Hyde to hang out around (and in!) the Cosplay Tree. Eat, drink, be merry, swap cards and gifts etc. Then, after maybe a wander and photos around Hyde Park, we all move on.

There are usually things going on around London in December, so where I personally will be going I cannot say. If the mini fun fair is at Leicester Square I'll no doubt go spin myself sick on the Waltzers like last year. A visit to Trocoderos will certainly be on the list for DDR and bumper carring. The Hyde Park Winter Wonderland will be there as it always is, so may wander through that. Also on my list (if I havent already done it earlier in the month) are See the West End xmas lights, Maybe visit Harrods, Go Ice skating, and See the huge tree at Trafalgar. HOWEVER! People, once they have left Hyde Park, can do whatever they want ^_^

-------Minor Rant-------

It really pisses me off when well-known dA cosplayers and artists decide to "innocently mention" how their subscriptions have run out. This kind of behaviour really disgusts me. I paid for my own subscription, and two other lovely dAers topped it up well before it ran out, without my even mentioning in a journal about it.

Sorry, but it really pisses me off how some other cosplayers have recently written journals about their subscriptions running out, expecting another deviant to feel sorry for them and pay for an update. If you have enough money to spend on creating/buying new cosplays, then you have enough money to pay the pittance for your own goddamn subscription.
