Lovin' the smirk in the first picture, lol. Was the headpiece solid, or was it hollow in the center to make it lighter?

It's not solid latex, if that's what you mean! The ends are filled with polystyrene balls, and the main body of them is filled with expanding foam :)

HOLY MOTHER OF ODIN YOU REPLIED TO ME. Sorry, lol. Minor freak out about not being here to squee about it. Anyway, that's cool. I made a set of horns made of hard foam. I hollowed it out in the middle so it was lighter, concentrating the weight at the base of the headpiece. Then I used aluminum foil to texture it, lol. Took days to cut out each individual scale and then apply it before painting, but it was so worth it.
