Scabbard, Shield and Sword for Dark Link.

Scabbard made from cling film, papier mache, card and plaster of paris. Painted in black acrylic and accented in 3D paint.

Shield made from layered foamboard. Painted in acrylic paint and accented in 3D paint.

Sword carved from styrofoam. Painted in acrylic paint.

Huzzah for weaponry! In Ocarina of Time, everything about Dark Link is pure black, so this is my take on what his weaponry would look like if he were to appear as a character in Twilight Princess. I quite enjoyed the small degree of creative license it allowed me ^^

Time to make: Overall, for all items... maybe about 15 hours?

Well, don't copy them exactly, but to be honest, most Dark Links have done their weapons very similarly, so feel free to take them as inspiration!

I'm afraid I don't do chakram walkthroughs. A list of the materials I used for mine can be found in my FAQ (linked at the top of my journal), but the rest you'll have to improvise ^_^
