A full body shot of my Dark Link work in progress.

It really bugs me that the cap and the tunic don't look the same colour in pictures. The fabric I had leftover from the tunic just wasn't big enough for the cap, so I used another material that, to the naked eye, was a very similar colour. In pictures though, it looks totally different. Oh well, not much I can do about that right now XD

Also, I will be strapping my chest down when it comes to properly photoshooting this guy. So, currently, you'll have to make do with the rare Breasted Dark Link XD

Suit is from Ebay.
Visibility is... impaired. It depends what material is used, really. It's not very easy to see though.

Wow... just...wow...

This is one of the most amazing Dark Link cosplay's I've ever seen.

I'd write more, but you answered my questions about boob binding and the suit in the other posts ^^;

:worship: I bow to thy cosplay awesomeness! :D

and your awesome shoes. I bow to those as well ^____^

Sweet as! That's very brave of you to do a zentai...unless you're not bothered by the face thing XD I got one for Mudkip (before I realised that it would be unfair of me to subject other peoples' eyes to the sight of my fatassness stuffed into lycra), and the head bit was so tight I got all hyperventilaty. I couldn't handle the closed in-ness. But you seem to be fine with it so well done you! It looks awesome, loving the sword and and everything!

=O I must ask although its a bit late; how do you bind your breasts? I find it really difficult to do, and I'd love to know how you do it (if you don't mind sharing tips XP) since you look like you might be a similar size to me.

But yeah, the costume looks really good; the tunic is awesome and looks really well made, and I don't think the cap and tunic look that different in tone that it's worth worrying about. Looking forward to seeing this in full at Ame! (and that the sun isn't too bright that day - black and sunlight don't mix D8)

I'm a 34/36B firstly, for reference. I have two ways that I bind.
Firstly is using sports support bandage, which is a stretch firm-support bandage coated in lycra, so it sticks to itself and therefore stays in place better.
Secondly, and more expensivly, I have a compression shirt which, while uncomfortable, works extremely well. It's designed for overweight men and cross-dressing women, mostly. Inside the shirt are several tight-woven elasticated panels that basically just hold everything in, like a really freakin' tight swimming costume. Like I said, it's not very comfortable or easy to get on and off, but it does work. I dunno if they are sold much in the UK, as I got mine imported from the states.

Hope that helps!

XD Thank you Kelly, I owe you one. I'm a 32E (O.o) and I always struggle with it. I'm gonna try and get myself a sports bandage for Ame, and then look into investing in a proper compression shirt afterwards - afterall, I do seem to be cosplaying more guys than girls right now XD Thanks so much for the advice, and I'll see you at Ame tomorrow! =D

Depends from suit to suit. Visibility is always reasonably poor unless you make eye holes covered in thin netting (as I did for my Emo Ranger costume, otherwise visibility would have been practically nil), but the one I;m wearing here I can see with reasonable decency. For example, I can see peoples eyes, but I'd not be able to say what colour they were.

Breathing is hard to describe. It's not hard, like being suffocated, and it's not overly humid and gross like wearing a plastic mask. However, it's not excessivly comfortable for long periods.

It really depends on the material used for the suit, and how tight it is over your face, on both counts.

hmmmm i see i see. I guess it varies on colour of the zentai, im guessing youd have better visbility with lighter colours like white or yellow. And material too, i know you can get like pvc type ones and like matt and shiney ones.

Breathing is one thing id be concerned about, i do tend to suffer from chlostrophobia, especially if my breathing is hindered :/

I did think of something that required a zentai, but its gone now haha i fail
