Bioshock 2 - Eleanor Lamb in her Big Sister costume.

This version is based on the most recently released figuring, which I love! Great thing is I can now choose to upgrade to the full helmet/tank/cage version if I choose to do so :) To see this version, click here: [link]

Everything in this was made by ME, with a few exceptions...
`tealpirate was a HUGE help in running about 20+ strips of leather through the machine to go towards the strapping (all straps were handmade), as well as helping me plan it all out
*anaisroberts assisted in staining the boiler suit, as well as with painting my leg braces, sewing my shorts and providing her house as a workshop!
My mum was a legend, attaching a load of buckles while I spazzed and paniced trying to get my leg braces and armpiece finished XD

SO! To cover the construction questions:
Chestplate - Card and papier mache
Corset - Steel busks, spiral steel boning, back lacing, and all handmade from imitation leather.
Shorts - Handmade from imitation leather
Straps, legwraps etc - Handmade from imitation leather
Bootcovers - See above, aside from the broze tips which are simply masking tape painted bronze
Leg braces - Cut and painted MDF wood with a bolt, washers and nut to make the hinges
Arm Gauntlets - Bases made from card and papier mache. Needle is a wooden spike, taps are operational gate values, and all the bottles are filled with coloured water. Gauges are old automobile gauges.

this is amazing! im going as Eleanor along with my niece (she is gonna be a Little Sister), and im currently making the Big Daddy suit for my brother.
this looks like a lot of work, but it was all worth it in the end!

this looks great but...
thats not the eleanor lamb version.
her suit is plain and doesnt really have the corset or any of the belts.
it looks crappy actually.

yours is my favorite.
its just the general big sister boss costume. and i love it.

Sorry, but it is. If you read the image description, you'll see this was based on the figurine model of Eleanor. She has the corset, belts, etc.
